Do I pay for the first month of membership when I buy the Frontier X2?

Yes, when you opt for the membership plan you pay for the Frontier X2 and for the first month of membership.

What if I can cancel my membership after 6 months?

Our monthly membership has a minimum commitment of 6 months. If you decide to cancel the membership after the initial commitment period, the access to the mobile app and web dashboard will be revoked. Historical data that you recorded during the paid membership period will be available on the app but no new activities can be recorded.

What is the return and refund policy?

In case you are not happy with our product you can reach out to us with your feedback at support@fourthfrontier.com. We will try to answer all your queries and if you are still unhappy, we will provide you with instructions to return the device. With your membership plan, you make an upfront payment for the device as well as for the first month of membership. Refunds will be issued after we receive the device in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Refunds will be made only for the device. First month membership cost won’t be refunded.

What is the commitment period on the monthly membership?

Our monthly membership has a minimum commitment of 6 months. The membership will be auto-renewed every month. You can cancel your membership anytime after the initial commitment period of 6 months. Membership can only be cancelled for the upcoming month.
